Ash has strong commercial skills which enable her to provide practical, tailored, and commercial solutions.

She works with private businesses including family businesses and farming families on their governance, wealth, and succession matters.

Her practice areas include business and investment structuring, governance, business and personal succession planning, trusts, commercial contracts and transactions and not-for-profit structuring services.

Ash is a committed supporter of several community-based organisations and is currently the Chairperson of Surfing Victoria and a Board Member of Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies for Brain Cancer Foundation and Genyus Foundation.

Ash holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has also undertaken advanced tax courses with the Tax Institute of Australia, and the Family Business Institute course in family business advising.

Ash is also Mast’s resident adventurer and loves surfing, all things outdoors and travelling.
